Acai berry, Bilberry and Cranberry

Acai berries have high levels of anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins. Eating Billberries seems to improve retina problems associated with diabetes and high blood pressure. Cranberries and cranberry juice can help prevent urinary tract infections.

Blackberry, Blueberry & Cherry

Blackberries contain vitamin C, blueberries are one of the best anti-oxidants and cherries contain melatonin which produces a soothing effect on the brain.

Apricot, Grape and Orange

Apricots are a great source of vitamin A, grapes contain resveratrol a powerful anti-oxidant and oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C.
